How to Fit (Boil & Bite)
Boil water and pour into a heat-safe bowl
Submerge the device fully in hot water until soft
Remove and briefly dip in cold water for 3 seconds
Place in mouth with the upper portion against your upper teeth
Bite down firmly for 20 seconds, press fingers around your mouth and suction with your tongue to create a vacuum seal
Remove and check the mould — repeat steps 2–5 if needed
Submerge the set device in cold water for 15 seconds to lock the mould
