How much do I need?
Work out the volume of your cover first, then order to match. As a rough guide:
Kids' bean bag / small cube

Standard adult bean bag chair

Topping up a saggy bag
100L is usually plenty
Fill to roughly two-thirds of the cover's capacity, not to the brim — beans need room to move or the bag sits hard and won't mould to you.
Pack sizes
100L — one bag. Top-ups and kids' bean bags.
200L (2 × 100L) — a full fill for a standard adult chair.
300L (3 × 100L) — large loungers, daybeds, or filling two bags at once.
Filling without the mess
EPS beans carry static and go everywhere if you rush it. The reliable method:
Work indoors, away from fans and breeze, on a hard floor rather than carpet.
Roll the refill bag opening into a funnel and push it inside the cover's opening before cutting or unsealing.
Pour slowly, keeping both openings pressed together.
Close the cover's child-resistant zip fully before letting go.
Strays are easiest picked up with a damp cloth — vacuuming can clog the hose.
